Web2Mail terms and conditions
Disclaimer
Legendum Ltd provides the Web2Mail Service* to you free
of charge on an 'as is' basis. Whilst we use our best endeavours to ensure the
accuracy of the information provided by the Web2Mail Service,
Legendum Ltd:-
- does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, reliability or legality
of any of the information contained in the Web2Mail Service;
- expressly disclaims all or any warranties, express or implied,
relating to the Web2Mail Service, including in particular
any warranties
of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose;
- will not be liable to you under any circumstances whatsoever for
any direct, indirect, consequential, punitive or special damages arising
from your use of the Web2Mail Service;
- will never contact you by email without your prior permission. Please see below for Abuse Department contact details.
You are therefore advised to check the information provided to you through
the Web2Mail Service. Any reliance that you place on the accuracy of
that information is at your own sole risk.
Restrictions on use of the Web2Mail Service
You are entitled to use the information provided on the Web2Mail
Service for your own personal private use. You may not use any data or
information provided through the Web2Mail Service in connection
with any business or commercial undertaking.
Unsolicited Email (Spam)
You may not use the Web2Mail Service to send any Unsolicited Bulk Email
including Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE). Doing so will result in
immediate suspension of your use of the Web2Mail Service and may lead to
criminal prosecution.
Fraudulent Email (Phishing)
Similarly, you may not use the Web2Mail Service to deliver fraudulent
emails, or to receive replies in relation to fraudulent information. This
practice is known as Phishing and will result in immediate revocation of
your use of the Web2Mail Service and criminal prosecution.
Contact our Abuse Department
If you believe that you have received Unsolicited Bulk Email from a Web2Mail
user, please call our Abuse Department on +1 815 345-4933 immediately.

Intellectual property
The data and information contained on the Web2Mail Service, the
software used to operate it, and the trade marks, logos and other intellectual
property used in connection with it are the property of Legendum Ltd.
No licence of any such intellectual property rights is granted to you as
a result of your use of the Web2Mail Service.
BY USING THE WEB2MAIL SERVICE, YOU ARE DEEMED TO
HAVE ACCEPTED THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
* The Web2Mail Service includes the dissemination of any information from
the our internet servers, via the web or email, and other communications
from Legendum Ltd such as letters, telephone calls and faxes.
